In-Sink DBA, Sink-Shield® & Sink Safe®
The Sink-Shield® Dry Basket Arrestor® and the Sink-Safe® Dry Basket Arrestor® are uniquely designed drainage fittings. They act as highly effective pre-treatment systems for waste water, screening out solids and preventing them from reaching grease traps, the sewerage system or septic tanks.
Both stainless steel units feature a double filter and shut-off valve to ensure all solid waste is trapped and removed before water is discharged through drains. These products exceed trade waste regulatory requirements, and have been approved by a number of trade waste authorities.Sink-Shield® & Sink Safe® are for use in sink applications.

A secondary screening plate is fixed securely under the basket to prevent the discharge of solid waste in the event of the basket not being replaced. The basket is simple to lift out and dropped back in as required. This product has an 89 mm diameter body that fits a standard 90 mm sink outlet.

Sink-Safe® 2Sink-Safe® 2 is a sink outlet fitting that screens and retains solid waste from waste water in a basket. The basket is removed and emptied when full. A secondary screening plate is fixed securely under the basket to prevent the discharge of solid waste in the event of the basket not being replaced. The basket is simple to lift out and dropped back in as required. This product has an 89 mm diameter body that fits a standard 90 mm sink outlet. This model has a factory fitted “release” valve. The valve is activated by an extended handle and allows the user to open the sink outlet (and allow the sink contents be discharged through the basket) without having to place their hands in the water. Sink-Safe® LargeSink-Safe® Large is a sink outlet fitting that screens and retains solid waste from waste water in a basket. The basket is removed and emptied when full. A secondary screening plate is fixed securely under the basket to prevent the discharge of solid waste in the event of the basket not being replaced. The basket is simple to lift out and dropped back in as required. This product has a 124 mm diameter body that fits 125 mm sink outlet. |

Sink Guard® 2

Sink-Guard® 2 Fitted with Flatrap/Elfin ® TrapSink-Guard® 2 is a sink outlet fitting that screens and retains solid waste from waste water in a basket. The basket is removed and emptied when full. A secondary screening plate is fixed securely below the basket to prevent the discharge od solid waste in the event that the basket is not replaced. The basket is simple to lift out or drop in. This product has a 89 mm diameter Polypropylene body that fits a standard 90 mm sink outlet. The basket and secondary screening plate are 304 stainless steel. The Flatrap / Elfin® Trap is a uniquely designed water trap that compliments the sink screening devices. The Trap serves to minimize the space taken up below the sink. The Trap (available in both “P” and “S” options) and sink screening device assembly protrudes only 270 mm below the bottom of the sink. |
