Commercial Kitchens

Commercial kitchens produce a continuous flow of high-temperature wastewater containing vegetable and animal fats, and use aggressive cleaning agents. HDPE is the most suitable solution for commercial kitchen environments because:

  • It has a high temperature resistance and can withstand wastewater up to 90°C (PVC 65°C)
  • It can handle aggressive cleaning liquids because of a high chemical resistance
  • It is wear resistant and will not corrode, resulting in an expected service life of 50-100 years
  • It is a lightweight system that is easy to install
  • PE has a smooth surface with less risk of blockage
  • Its pull-tight and leak-proof welded joints have very little risk of failure
  • Its high-impact resistance enables prefabrication with lower costs.

High-rise and Residential Buildings
