Our Company

  • History

For well over 60 years, Vinidex has been Australia’s leading manufacturer of piping systems.

Starting in 1960 in Sydney, Vinidex’s first manufactured product was flexible PVC conduit, made from offcuts from PVC raincoats. This product was used in Sydney’s Cahill Expressway, and is still successfully in use today.

From the early days as pioneers of plastic pipe systems in Australia to now, Vinidex has always been at the forefront of innovation and product development in the piping industry.

In 2014 Vinidex became part of the Aliaxis Group, a global leader in plastic piping solutions.
